Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nexa Rajasthan Tours

We at Nexa Rajasthan Tours understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are managed. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. General Policy

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure date.

2. Refund Structure
a) Full Refund – 72+ Hours Before Departure
  • If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable charges (such as certain bank/transaction fees).

b) Partial Refund – Within 72 Hours of Departure
  • If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled departure, a partial refund will be issued.

  • The retained portion covers administrative costs, confirmed reservations with hotels/transport, and service charges already incurred.

  • The exact deduction may vary depending on package type and third-party partner policies, but typically ranges between 25%–50% of the booking amount.

c) No Refund – After Departure or No-Show
  • If you cancel on the day of departure, after the trip has started, or fail to show up (no-show), no refund will be provided.

  • This includes leaving the tour early for personal reasons.

3. Modifications & Rescheduling
  • Requests to reschedule or modify bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and partner terms.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
  • In case of cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics), refunds may be limited based on third-party partner policies.

  • Where possible, we will offer credits or alternative travel dates instead of refunds.

5. Group & Custom Tours
  • Refund rules may differ for large groups or customized packages, depending on hotel, transport, and vendor agreements.

  • Specific refund terms for such bookings will be provided at the time of reservation.

6. Non-Refundable Components

Certain costs may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation time, including but not limited to:

  • Visa fees, permits, or government charges.

  • Travel insurance premiums.

  • Special events or festival tickets.

  • Bank or payment gateway transaction charges.

7. Traveler Responsibilities
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure correct details (dates, names, ID proofs, etc.) are provided at the time of booking.

  • Nexa Rajasthan Tours is not responsible for refunds in cases where incorrect information prevents participation in the tour.

8. How to Request a Refund
